Good Search Group brings together up to six people, each navigating their own job search.
Over five weeks, we’ll learn together, share perspectives, put new ideas into practice, and bring what’s actually happening in your search into the group.
The space between sessions matters, too. It’s time to connect with people in your network, learn about roles and organizations, set up networking conversations, explore opportunities, and apply.
Each time we meet, you’ll bring those experiences back to the group to learn, adjust, and keep moving.

I’m Jonathan, a coach and career guide who has spent 15 years helping people build relationships, navigate change, and connect with new possibilities. I bring curiosity, practical guidance, and a human touch to the job search, creating space to figure things out, keep moving, and feel supported along the way.

You’ll have four live group sessions over five weeks, two individual coaching sessions, guest perspectives, practical resources, and support along the way.

Live Group Sessions will be held on Mondays from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM EST.

Good Search Group is for people with professional experience who are actively searching or preparing for their next career move. You might be changing roles, exploring a new direction, returning to the job market, or simply ready for something different.

Not exactly. Different experiences and perspectives make the group stronger. I’ll be thoughtful about bringing together six people who are at similar enough points in their working lives to relate to, learn from, and support one another.

No. You might already be applying and interviewing, or just beginning to figure out what you’re looking for. What matters is that you’re ready to engage in your search and put what we’re working on into practice.

The space between sessions is part of the experience. You’ll have time to take action, have conversations, explore opportunities, and learn from what happens. You’ll also have access to me for support and two focused 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions.
