I've been where you are.

That's not just a line. It's the reason I do this work.

For 15 years, I worked in purpose-driven organizations and startups, guiding strategy, building communities, and leading initiatives to help people feel seen, heard, and connected. I was drawn to the human side of everything.

But somewhere along the way, the roles I'd built my identity around no longer fit. Outwardly, I was giving everything. Inwardly, I felt disconnected from my work, from my sense of direction, and from what truly mattered to me.

I didn't find quick fixes in that season. I found something better: spaciousness, stillness, and the quiet clarity that comes from paying close attention to what energizes you, what's true, and what's ready to be created.

That experience brought me to coaching, and it's what I bring into every conversation with you.

Today, I work with purpose-driven people who've hit their own version of that moment — the one when something no longer fits and the usual answers no longer work.

Together, we create space to slow down, look inward, and build a path forward that's genuinely yours, rooted in your values, your energy, and what you actually want to create next.

Your path doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. Let’s explore what’s possible for you, together.
