I've been where you are.

That's not just a line. It's the reason I do this work.

For most of my career, I worked in organizations focused on helping people grow, connect, and find a sense of belonging. Whether I was building partnerships, leading community initiatives, or supporting teams, I was always drawn to the same thing: connection.

Over time, I found myself asking bigger questions about purpose, fulfillment, and what it means to live and work in a way that feels true. Like many of the people I coach today, I reached a point where the path ahead wasn't clear and the answers I had relied on no longer felt like enough.

Coaching grew out of that experience.

Today, I work with professionals, leaders, and thoughtful people who feel something important is asking for their attention. Sometimes it's a career transition. Sometimes it's a leadership challenge. Sometimes it's a quieter feeling that life or work no longer fits the way it once did.

My role isn't to tell you what to do. It's to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself, reclaim your agency, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

Together, we'll slow down enough to hear what's true, strengthen your capacity to respond to change, and take values-led action toward what matters most.

Your path doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. Let’s explore what’s possible for you, together.
