Something in you already knows
what needs to change.

Connection Coaching is the space to hear it.

And yet most of us, when something feels off, push harder. We make lists, seek advice, optimize our LinkedIn — we tend to do more in hopes that clarity will eventually arrive.

Connection Coaching starts from a different premise: the clarity you're seeking isn't out there. It's already in you. The work is creating enough stillness to hear it. If you're curious what this could feel like for you, let's begin with a conversation.

What our work together looks like

We meet for 50-minute sessions in person if you're in the Detroit area, or over Zoom wherever you are. You bring what's most present for you. I bring curiosity, honesty, and questions that help you hear yourself more clearly.

Most clients work with me for 3–6 months, though some come for a focused stretch around a specific transition and others stay longer as a steady space for growth. We'll figure out what fits as we get to know each other.

Connection Coaching Experience

  • Self-Inquiry & Reflection

Listen to what’s beneath the noise.
Here, curiosity takes the lead. This practice allows you to hear yourself clearly. We’ll explore the questions under the surface, notice what energizes you, and create space for what’s been waiting to be seen to bring you closer to what feels true.

  • Creative Confidence

    Open space for new ideas.
An invitation to reconnect with your imagination, playfulness, and authentic expression. We’ll explore creative practices with tools to bring more creativity and joy into your everyday life, so that you can move beyond self-imposed limits and see new possibilities to feel re-energized and inspired.

  • 1:1 Partnership

A dedicated space just for you.
Our sessions are grounded, personal, and centered on your unique needs and outcomes. This is your time to think out loud, explore openly, and get the clarity you need to move forward in alignment with who you are and what you want to create.

  • Values-Led Action

Move in ways that feel true.
Turning insights into intentional steps that honor your truth. We’ll design actions that feel meaningful, manageable, and in harmony with your personal rhythm, so your next move is both intentional and sustainable.

FAQs - Things you might be asking yourself.

  • What is coaching, and how is it different from therapy?

Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go, helping you take intentional steps forward. It’s future-oriented, while therapy often looks at healing the past.

  • Who do you typically work with?

I work with people in times of transition, whether in career, identity, or direction, who want clarity, alignment, and a renewed sense of purpose.

  • What happens during a coaching session?

We start with whatever is most alive for you that day. From there, the conversation goes where it needs to, sometimes that's exploring a decision, sometimes it's untangling a feeling, sometimes it's naming what you actually want. You won't leave with a to-do list. You'll leave with more clarity than you came in with.

  • How do we actually work together?

We can meet in person if we’re in the same city or over Zoom or phone for 50 minutes. You bring what’s on your mind, and I guide our conversation with questions and reflections that help you see new perspectives and possibilities.

  • What’s the investment for coaching?

Coaching is a real investment in time, energy, and yes, money. I want it to feel worth it before you commit to anything. We'll talk through pricing and what makes sense for your situation when we connect.

  • How long do people stick with coaching?

Some people come for a handful of sessions to work through a moment of change. Others stay for months because they want a steady space to keep growing and creating.

  • What if I’m not sure what I want yet?

That's actually where most people start. Not knowing is not a problem; it's often the signal that something needs to shift. We begin with where you are, and clarity tends to emerge from there.

  • Will you tell me what to do?

Nope — that’s not how I work. My role is to help you hear your own wisdom and make choices that feel right for you.
